Gin is underway. Potato vodka is being discussed seriously. Botanicals, bottles and labels are occupying more of our time than expected.

The intention is to create our own house spirits, working with a distiller and allowing a little room for experimentation.

Nothing is set in stone. But something is definitely in the still.
